Elsevier is rolling out a new invoicing solution in 2025 that will enhance our ability to serve you, our valued customers.

What you need to know

New invoice and credit note format

As we transition to the new system, customers will start to receive invoices and credit notes in a new format. We are committed to making this migration as smooth as possible and appreciate your patience as we implement this important change.

Gradual migration

We will gradually migrate existing agreements to the new invoicing system. As a result, you may begin to receive invoices and credit notes in this new format, as your agreements are migrated.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase multiple products, you might receive invoices and credit notes in two different formats as we roll out our new invoice and credit note format across the world.
