Christina (Tina) Zdawczyk is a senior data analyst and R&D program manager for the Analytical & Data Services (ADS) team at Elsevier, where she is responsible for large custom projects for policymakers, funders, and research institutions globally.
Tina’s career has been driven by her commitment to harnessing evidence-based insights and the responsible use of metrics to drive meaningful change. Before joining Elsevier, Tina served as a senior research analyst at ICF International, consulting on U.S. public sector research and evaluation projects. Previously, she was a National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) award winner and worked as a GRFP fellow at the Smithsonian Institution, supporting the development of evidence-based educational products.
Tina holds a BA in Neuroscience and Japanese from the University of Southern California. She also holds an MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is currently completing her PhD at the same institution in the same field. She is based in Raleigh, NC.
