Dr RS Rai

Dr. R.S. Rai is an academic and administrator at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida. He holds multiple leadership positions, including Professor of Decision Sciences, Director of IQAC, Director of Research, Planning & Statistical Services, and Head of Quality Assurance and Enhancement He also serves as the Accreditation Liaison Officer for Amity University with WSCUC-USA.

With extensive experience and with an academic record that includes degrees in Statistics, International Business, and a Ph.D. in Statistics, Dr. Rai has made significant contributions to the university's growth and development.

Dr. Rai's research focuses on various fields like Statistics, Operations Research, and Quality Management. He has contributed significantly through his research, teaching, and mentoring. Fifteen research scholars have completed their PhDs under his supervision.

He is also actively involved in managing university ranking data and ensuring Amity's participation in national and international rankings. Dr. Rai's efforts have significantly enhanced the university's reputation and global visibility. His contributions have been instrumental in securing the university's position in prestigious rankings such as THE, QS, and NIRF.

In addition to his academic and administrative responsibilities, Dr. Rai is an expert in training and consulting. He has provided valuable knowledge in areas like SPSS, MS-Excel, Statistical Quality Control, Service Quality, and Marketing Research to organizations such as Wal Mart, Tata Motors, and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai National Postal Academy, Bombay Stock Exchange, IGNOU, MLS University Udaipur, Ericsson India, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd., Commonwealth Games among others.
