Talk: The thiol-quinone Michael polyaddition to establish a new class of adhesives from artificial mussel glue proteins to commodity mussel glue polymers
Hans G. Börner studied chemistry at Phillips-University Marburg (Germany), where he received his Ph.D. degree in macromolecular science in 2000. He held a postdoctoral position with Krzysztof Matyjaszewski at Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh (USA), and afterwards headed the Emmy-Noether research group at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces (Potsdam, Germany) in the colloid chemistry department of Markus Antonietti.
