Mandar is a Solution Sales Manager responsible for the Life Sciences portfolio in Academic and Government Institutions across South Asia.

Mandar joined Elsevier in September 2018. Before joining Elsevier he worked in small molecule drug discovery research as a senior medicinal chemist with Ranbaxy Laboratories and Biocon Bristol Myers Squibb Research Centre (BBRC) and he has couple of clinical candidates to his name in the therapeutic areas of Depression and Atherosclerosis. He holds a doctorate degree in synthetic organic chemistry from National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, India and has postdoctoral experience working with Prof. William Lubell at University de Montreal.
