Ann Connolly has been supporting the work of libraries and repository administrators at Digital Commons for over 14 years.
Her work involves research into increasing and measuring the impact of research, and more recently, working with customers to develop Digital Commons Exhibits (DCX). In the past, she has spent time writing and presenting on copyright and permissions issues, open access and authors' rights, and best practices in marketing, outreach, and collection development for institutional repositories.
