Dr. Wina Erwina, M.A., Ph.D., is the Head of the Knowledge Management Center at Universitas Padjadjaran and a lecturer in Library and Information Science since 1993. She holds a Ph.D. from Leiden University and has held various leadership roles, including Head of the UPT Central Library and the HEAD Project at Leiden University. Dr. Erwina has enriched her expertise through fellowships at renowned institutions in the Netherlands and has been an influential advisor and leader in several library and information science organizations.
