Foster Zhang

Mr. Foster Zhang is a highly accomplished library professional with a wealth of experience in managing academic libraries across the globe. He is currently the University Librarian at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou).

 With over 30 years of experience in the United States, Mr. Zhang has held various positions in prestigious institutions, including Johns Hopkins University, Stanford University, Dialog, Research Libraries Group, and others.
