Louise Zambianchi has over 20 years’ experience of working in academic libraries. She has worked in the area of Open Access in her role as Open Access Manager for the past 11 years. Her professional interests include open access publishing, providing a support service for research students and academic staff and development of skills and training. Louise has engaged in many Open Research groups such as Academic Libraries North, RCUK Open Access practitioners' group (which shaped the new UKRI policy) and led the open access submission for Lancaster University to REF2021.
