Semira Dautovic

Semira Dautovicopens in new tab/window is the Director of Research Performance and Development at Macquarie University. She graduated with a BSc and MBA at Macquarie University. She has extensive experience in research management including responsibility for national research assessment submissions such as Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) and Engagement and Impact (EI) as well as all aspects of research reporting for operational and strategic purposes. She is a member of various research committees and current member of the Australian Persistent Identifier Strategy Taskforce. She is a professional research manager with achievements including the successful implementation of multiple IT projects (including PURE, Infonetica, ServiceNow, Onit, systems, etc.) and leading various teams including Post-Award, Reporting, Data and System, etc.
