La Salle Schools and Elsevier Forge a Strategic Partnership to Empower Lasallian Institutions in Research and Education
Elsevier and eight La Salle schools in the Philippines have entered into a strategic partnership that aims to amplify the impact of research and contribute to the growth of knowledge and innovation in the academic community.
Spearheaded by the De La Salle Philippines (DLSP) Library Commission, the partnership solidifies a groundbreaking collaboration aimed at advancing research capabilities and fostering academic excellence across the eight Lasallian higher education institutions. At the heart of this collaboration lies De La Salle University, which has successfully nurtured a strategic alliance with Elsevier in the Philippines for the past eight years.
The DLSP Library Commission is the network of Libraries of the La Salle Schools in the Philippines. It is dedicated to providing its members with opportunities to share knowledge resources and to collaborate on various initiatives. It participates in the goal of Lasallian Schools in the Philippines of facilitating cooperation and synergy among its member institutions to further their shared mission of providing quality education and contributing to nation-building.
Through this new venture with Elsevier, the DLSP Library Commission will maximize its subscription to ScienceDirect Journals and eBooks, Scopus, and SciVal. This unparalleled access to Elsevier's world-leading research platforms will empower faculty members, researchers, students, and decision makers across the network to unlock the wealth of knowledge contained within these industry-leading databases and research analytic tools.
