Ella Ma

Ms Ella Ma is the Manager of the Institutional Planning and Analytics Office (IPAO) at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). She oversees the university's research information management system to showcase its research excellence. She also compiles various analytics reports to support management decisions, university ranking, and other assessment exercises. She previously worked in several academic libraries and gained extensive experience in research and learning support for university communities. Ms Ma received her Bachelor's degree in Information Management, a Master's degree in Library and Information Management from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master's degree in Chinese Culture from PolyU
