At the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, Mr. He is responsible for managing research and knowledge-exchanging data related to projects, prizes, publications, and more in his role as the Research Information Manager.

He works closely with both internal and external organizations to develop internal workflows, improve user experience, and deliver training and events to increase overall engagement with research digitalization within UNNC. Prior to this position, he served as the administrator of the UNNC staff learning portal.
