James Toon opens in new tab/window is a senior product manager in the Pure team with responsibility for the Award Management Module and Pure Community Modules.

James has been with Elsevier for the past 7 years working as a customer consultant, solution lead and product manager. He has over 13 years of hands on experience of Pure having previously worked as a Research Information Systems Manager in the University sector.
