Maria Baron is a User Experience Designer at Elsevier, ensuring that Reaxys delivers a clear and effective interface experience by understanding the needs and preferences of users. Maria joined Elsevier in late 2017 and has since gained experience working with the entire corporate market portfolio. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Media Arts and Design, with a focus in human-centered interaction at the Bauhaus University of Weimar, Germany.

With a great interest on crafting user-centric and data-driven designs, Maria hones a culture of experimentation and team collaboration. Her focus is on building features that not only inspire and delight users but also drive innovation in the world of chemistry and life sciences.
