Nicole Stephens is the Program Manager of Institutional Research in the department of Academic Affairs at Houston Methodist Hospital’s Academic Institute.

Nicole is responsible for gathering and analyzing a wide variety of institutional metrics used for various programmatic and institutional benchmarking, strategic planning, and executive communication needs. Nicole has received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas and a Master's of Science in Biomedical Science from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Houston, Texas.
