Steffen Grünler

Steffen has been working as the CRIS Manager at the Center for Sustainable Research Data Management, Universität Hamburg, since 2018. His work includes the entire spectrum of data implementation, data curation, data quality assurance, user support, reporting, and the coordination and communication between the different units involved in the CRIS' operation. Before moving into the field of research data management, he worked as a researcher in data processing at the interface between oceanographic field data and numerical modeling of the estuarine environment. Steffen holds a PhD in geoinformatics/oceanography.
