Prof. G. D. Yadav is former Vice Chancellor & R.T. Mody Distinguished Professor of Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai. He is currently the Emeritus Professor of Eminence at ICT. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2016, for his contributions to science and engineering. In 2022, he was elected as a member of the United States National Academy of Engineering.
