Sergio joined Elsevier in 2013 as Customer Consultant for Core Content in Latin America, where he supported academic, government and corporate accounts, he is now focused on Finland, Norway, Portugal, and Sweden. Sergio is a specialist in Customer Experience and in Scientific Research Platforms. Before joining Elsevier Sergio was a Senior Analyst with a Brazilian publishing house, where he assured customers had a pleasant experience with the company.
