CAS article collection: Chemistry Advancing Health

Highlighting high quality research

CAS article collection thumbnail

Introduction

In the 21st century, with the aim and scope of protecting and improving human health, global scientists including chemists, biologists and physicists are devoted to understanding the basis of diseases, such as malignant tumors, metabolic disorders and Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and to develop novel drugs and diagnostic methods for a better treatment of patients. Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) is one of the leading research institutes in China and scientists from CAS are working at the forefront of chemistry and life science. Here, we would like to present a special article collection highlighting the latest contributions devoted by these scientists from CAS.
