Design around users - continually test and incorporate event feedback, particularly from people with disabilities, to ensure an optimal delegate. presenter/exhibitor and or sponsor experience at all at our conferences
Educate employees on accessibility and disability and its importance to our users and our business
Advance accessibility knowledge by learning from customer needs and experiences and in collaboration with our venues.
Make it easy for collaborators and delegates to quickly and openly communicate with us about the accessibility compliance of our conferences
Maintain an Accessibility Working Group comprised of colleagues from our business units to share best practice and foster collaboration and innovation
