Conference speaker
Alice Sherwood is a Systems Librarian at The TMC Library with 10 years of library experience in public and academic libraries, helping universities and communities engage in its historical collections, both government information and archival.
Specializing in information management and web development, Alice uses these experiences and creativity to promote historical collections with Digital Commons scrolling and traditional exhibits from The TMC Library, founded in 1915.
Over the last year, her strength at creating Digital Commons Exhibits gained recognition by creating cool medical historical exhibits. Alice may spend her days at The TMC Library, but it’s the excitement of turning physical exhibits into lively virtual exhibits that attracts visitors from 149 countries worldwide every month to DigitalCommons@TMC that gets her up in the morning.
