Becky joined the Utah State University Libraries as the Copyright Librarian in 2012; she was Head of Digital Initiatives from 2014-2024, and she is currently the Head of Research Impact and Publishing (RIP). She serves as a resource on copyright and intellectual property-related questions for all USU faculty, staff, and students, and in her role as Head of RIP, she oversees a team responsible for data services, electronic theses and dissertations, the institutional repository, open access and open educational resources as well as various other open scholarship efforts. Becky has a BA in Political Science and Spanish and an MA in Library and Information Science.
