Ilgin Demirer

Ilgin is a Customer Consultant in Life Sciences at Elsevier, responsible for chemistry solutions in the DACH region. As a customer consultant, she supports users to improve their workflows through training and consultations.

Ilgin joined Elsevier in 2023 as a customer consultant. Prior to this role, she completed her PhD in chemistry at University of Saarland, Germany. She holds a Master’s degree in chemistry from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, and, a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. She was involved in many projects that focused on main group and coordination chemistry as well as organic synthesis.”
