Malene Knudsen

Malene has been working with Pure for more than 20 years, both as a power user and as a key part of the Pure team.

She holds a degree in Library Science from the Royal School of Library Science in Denmark. Prior to joining the team, she was a Pure Administrator at Aalborg University. She was a part of the Pure Support team with a special focus on Pure training and quality assurance for six years ans is currently a member of the Product management team, holding the position of Subject Matter Expert. The last 2 years Malene has also been responsible for building out the training curriculum for reporting and managing our reporting and data matters communities, providing help in understanding how to use the vast set of features and functionality in Pure.
