He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pending AI – a venture-backed scale-up company commercialising sophisticated solutions to enrich the small molecule development value chain.

In fruitful partnership with Elsevier, Pending AI is utilising artificial intelligence to revolutionise small molecule synthesis planning, allowing for the streamlining of an otherwise operational- and cost-intensive process. This next-generation retrosynthesis solution, available through the Reaxys platform, has attracted a lot of interest from pharmaceutical and agrochemical companies, chemical manufacturers, as well as academic and government institutions globally.
