Zhi Jiang

Dr. Zhi Jiang is the Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He received his BS and PhD degree in Physical Chemistry in 2000 and 2005 respectively from the University of Science and Technology of China, China. He worked as research assistant in the Hong Kong polytechnic University for two years during his PhD study, as postdoctoral researcher in the USA, for two years in New Jersey institute of Technology and Purdue University.

His research interests include heterogeneous(photo, electro, plasma) catalysis for energy conversion and environmental remediation purpose and developing in-situ diagnostic methods to achieve fundamental understanding and manipulating on the physical and chemical phenomena in the formation and application of the above materials.
