Carine is a Senior Customer Consultant in Life Sciences - She currently acts as a scientific advisor within Elsevier, making sure that R&D scientists and Engineers make the most of the available data while channelling back customer insights to Elsevier content and software development.

Carine is a seasoned scientist, PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry with 9 years of experience as a research scientist in the pharmaceutical industry who published papers and patents. She joined MDL & Elsevier in 2001 and covered several positions. Carine is passionate by science but most importantly by how knowledge can be structured, rationalized, shared and leveraged in scientific innovation. She is also interested in everything related to reimagining Life Sciences to innovate.
