José María Andrés Castán, PhD

José María Andrés Castán is a Customer Consultant at Elsevier, responsible for supporting R&D and engineers in their use of Reaxys in Europe.

José María joined Elsevier in 2023 as a Customer Consultant for Life Science solutions. Previously, he had worked as a researcher for 10 years in academic and private institutions in France and Spain on nanomaterials, materials sciences and organic chemistry.

José María holds a PhD degree in Organic Chemistry and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
