A Conversation on Burnout in Healthcare
A panel discussion bringing experts together to share research and experience surrounding the biggest issue facing healthcare.
The burnout crisis is one of the most urgent issues facing healthcare today. The stresses and demands of working in a clinical setting often lead to physical, mental and emotional exhaustion - a state known as burnout.
This panel brings together leading experts to discuss the causes, impacts and prevention of burnout among nurses, physicians, technicians and others in the healthcare field.
Our panellists share their research and frontline experiences dealing with burnout by exploring the personal and professional toll, such as higher absenteeism and resignations, reduced productivity, and disrupted personal lives. Panellists also explore how this crisis exacerbates other workforce challenges around labour shortages, gender inequality, outdated training, and underinvestment.
Gain valuable insights into creating healthier, more sustainable clinical environments.
Whether you are a healthcare provider, administrator or simply interested in this critical topic, this panel discussion offers a comprehensive look at tackling the burnout crisis.
