The blood supply to the female internal genitalia consists of the ovarian arteries and branches of the internal iliac arteries, namely the uterine and vaginal arteries.
The ovaries are supplied by ovarian arteries, while the uterine tubes are supplied by both the ovarian and uterine arteries. The uterine arteries also supply the uterus, cervix, and vagina. However, the vagina also receives considerable arterial supply from the vaginal arteries.
