The iliacus branch of the iliolumbar artery is one of two branches of the iliolumbar artery, the other is the lumbar branch. The iliolumbar artery branches posterior to the medial border of psoas major muscle.

The iliacus branch travels along the iliac fossa to supply the iliacus muscle.
