The inferior lateral genicular vein arises at the inferolateral aspect of the knee.
Course
The inferior lateral genicular vein passes posteriorly and horizontally across the lateral condyle of the tibia to drain into the popliteal vein. It accompanies the inferior lateral genicular artery.
