Course: Along the dorsomedial aspect of the penis.
Tributaries: Emissary veins.
Drainage: Corpora cavernosa.

The deep veins of the penis (or cavernous veins) are formed in the proximal third of the penis, where emissary veins unite. There are usually 2–5 deep veins (Quartey, 2006; Standring, 2020).
Course
The deep veins of the penis travel along the dorsomedial aspect of the penis, on the surface of the corpora cavernosa.
