Description: (Location & Drainage)
The pancreatic nodes are found in association with the pancreas and consist of the superior and inferior pancreatic nodes.
Afferent vessels of these nodes receive lymph from the pancreas, while their efferents drain into the lateral aortic and intestinal trunks. Additionally, some efferent vessels of the inferior pancreatic nodes drain into the central superior mesenteric nodes (Földi et al., 2012).
