Description
Pelvic lymph nodes are generally organized along the blood vessels within the pelvic cavity and are named according to the vessel. These nodes can be categorized into parietal and visceral pelvic lymph nodes.
Visceral pelvic lymph nodes are associated with the viscera of the pelvic cavity. These lymph nodes include the vesical lymph nodes of the bladder, parauterine, paravaginal, and pararectal nodes.
