Description:
Description: (Location & Drainage)
The left gastric nodes form a chain adjacent to the left gastric artery along the lesser curvature of the stomach. These nodes receive lymph from the right upper territory of the stomach (Földi et al., 2012). The efferent vessels connect with the vessels of the right gastric, pancreatic, splenic, and hepatic lymph nodes near the celiac trunk. These trunks descend to terminate in either the intestinal trunk or in the preaortic and lateral aortic nodes (Földi et al., 2012).
