Description: (Location & Drainage)
The right gastroomental nodes are found adjacent to the right gastroomental artery. Their afferent vessels drain the lower aspect of the stomach and greater omentum. The efferent vessels of the right gastroomental nodes drain to the hepatic nodes directly, or via the superior pancreatic and splenic nodes (Földi et al., 2012).
