Anatomical Relations
The falx cerebelli is continuous with and on the inferior side of the tentorium cerebelli. It runs vertically in the same orientation as the falx cerebri, but due to its location inferior to the tentorium cerebelli, it separates the cerebellar hemispheres. On its external surface, the falx cerebelli runs from the internal occipital protuberance down to the foramen magnum.
