The right superior lobar bronchus provides an airway for the entire superior lobe of the right lung. It arises as a branch of the right main bronchus and passes superolaterally to enter the hilum of the right lung. The right superior lobar bronchus divides into three segmental bronchi, including the apical, anterior, and posterior segmental bronchi, thus, providing each bronchopulmonary segment of the superior lobe of the right lung with an airway.
