The inferior lingular segmental bronchus (B5) is one of two segmental bronchi that arise from the common lingular bronchus. The other branch is the superior lingular segmental bronchus. The inferior lingular segmental bronchus passes anteroinferiorly to provide an airway to the inferior lingular bronchopulmonary segment (S5) of the superior lobe of the left lung.
