The lateral segmental bronchus (B4) is one of two segmental bronchi that arise from the middle lobar bronchus, the other being the medial segmental bronchus. It passes anterolaterally to provide an airway to the lateral bronchopulmonary segment (S4) of the middle lobe of the right lung.
