The superior segmental bronchus (B6) is one of four segmental bronchi that arise from the inferior lobar bronchus. The others include the anteromedial, lateral, and posterior basal segmental bronchi. It passes posteriorly to provides an airway to the superior bronchopulmonary segment (S6) of the inferior lobe of the left lung.
