The superior segmental bronchus (B6) is one of five segmental bronchi that arise from the inferior lobar bronchus. The others include the medial, anterior, lateral, and posterior basal segmental bronchi. It passes posteriorly and divides into medial, superior, and lateral branches. The superior segmental bronchus provides an airway to the superior bronchopulmonary segment (S6) of the inferior lobe of the right lung.

The superior segmental bronchus is accompanied by the superior segmental artery of the right lung.
