Structure
The vestibular ligament is formed from the free inferior margin of the quadrangular membrane. Anteriorly, it is attached to the internal surface of the thyroid cartilage, inferior to the thyroepiglottic ligament. It courses posteriorly and attaches to the arytenoid cartilages, superior to the vocal processes.
