Description
The dorsal surface is the rough, non-articular, posterior aspect of the capitate bone. It provides attachment sites for the:
—ulnocapitate ligament;
—capitohamate interosseous ligament;
—trapeziocapitate interosseous ligament;
—dorsal carpometacarpal ligaments.
