Description
The lateral border of femur is the margin located along the anterolateral aspect of the body of femur. It extends inferiorly from the greater trochanter to the lateral condyle of femur.
Although the lateral border of femur is not as distinct as other ridges on the body of femur, it separates its anterior and lateral surfaces.
