Description

The lateral surface of fifth metacarpal bone is the concave, radial aspect of the body of the bone. It is one of the two surfaces of the fifth metacarpal bone, the other being the medial surface. It provides origin sites for the third palmar and fourth dorsal interossei muscles of hand.
