Description

The lateral surface of fourth metacarpal bone is the concave, radial aspect of the body of the bone. It is one of the two surfaces of the fourth metacarpal bone, the other being the medial surface. It provides origin sites for the second palmar and third dorsal interossei muscles of hand.
