Description

The lateral surface of fourth metatarsal bone is the concave, lateral aspect of the body of the bone. It is one of the two surfaces of the fourth metatarsal bone, the other being the medial surface, and provides an origin site for the fourth dorsal interosseous muscle of the foot.
